It would depend on if your abilities can be used for combat to begin with

[Today is just another average, boring, run of the mill work day. That is until it hit around noon, and that is when everything went to hell in a hand basket. It was during a small briefing with Viina when Kazuma started to feel ill- a wave after wave of sudden vertigo struck him and caused him to loose his words in mid-speech.]
